As we introduce new training, policies, procedures and basically anything else that may be different into our operations we must be aware that the "Change" may not always be welcomed or understood by those it most impacts.

 

Service Counts! has developed programs on change to address both points of view -

the Employee's Perspective and the Manager's Perspective.

 

Change is Good!  This program was designed to equip staff with tools and techniques for handling change. Educate the staff on the many benefits of change and explain what is in it for them. 

 

A noticeable difference in staff behavior when dealing with change in their department, roles or specific tasks.  

 

 

Understanding the Dynamics of Change

Purpose:  To understand the challenges of successfully implementing change into the workplace and how to address individual reactions to change.
